Pre tribulationists believe that Christ is coming twice in the clouds. The first time being a secret coming to whisk away all the good people from the earth.

They also believe in two last trumpets sounding.. Two last???? Last is last, isn’t it?????

Joel 2:31-31 "And I will shew wonders in the heavens and in the earth, blood, and fire, and pillars of smoke. The sun shall be turned into darkness, and the moon into blood, before the great and the terrible day of the Lord come."

Joel 3:13-16 "Put ye in the sickle, for the harvest is ripe: come, get you down; for the press is full, the fats overflow; for their wickedness is great. Multitudes, multitudes in the valley of decision; for the day of the Lord is near in the valley of decision. The sun and the moon shall be darkened, and the stars withdraw their shining."

Rev 6:13-17 "And I beheld when he had opened the sixth seal, and lo, there was a great earthquake; and the sun became black as sackcloth of hair, and the moon became as blood; And the stars of heaven fell unto the earth, even as the fig tree casteth her untimely figs, when she is shaken of a mighty wind. And the heaven departeth as a scroll when it is rolled together; and every mountain and island were moved out of their places."

And the kings of the earth, and the great men, and the rich men, and the chief captains, and the mighty men, and every bond-man, and every free man, hid themselves in the dens and in the rocks of the mountains; And said to the mountains and rocks, Fall on us, and hide us from the face of him that sitteth on the throne, and from the wrath of the Lamb. For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?"

Seems to be speaking of the time right after the great tribulation, at the Day of the Lord, and culminating in the return of Christ. Not three times, but a one time, occurrence.
